Business hours:

Business hours are Monday thru Friday, from 9am to 5pm. This excludes any U.S. holidays that fall on those days. 

 

 

Filling orders:

We fill and ship orders Monday thru Friday. To ensure that your items arrives in the best of quality, our handmade goodies are freshly made and sent out daily. Our small yet efficient team works diligently to process each purchase as quickly as possible, in the order in which they are received.

Due to our “made fresh process” please allow 5 to 10 business days for your item(s) to be processed (weekends and holidays not included). A high volume of orders, may prolong the processing time.  All orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the next working business day.

 

 

Shipping:

We encourage you to thoroughly review your mailing address. Please make any changes prior to final checkout. Due to our checkout system, once the order is accepted, no changes can be made. We use USPS.com to ship & track our packages. We ship to all 50 states. We also ship to APO and FPO. A confirmation with tracking number will be sent via email. You may visit www.usps.com for realtime tracking details. Please allow 2 to 3 business day for items to arrive. Please notify us immediately with any shipping issues.

 

 

Privacy Commitment:

We value you trusting us with private information. Therefore, we will only use your personal information to contour your shopping experience and ship your order. For our mailing list subscribers, we will occasionally email coupons, promotional deals, our news letter, or product & website updates to you. We will NEVER sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party.

Reeta's Organics Natural hair & skin care products are handmade daily. Our recipes have been tried and tested over and over to present you with the best possible quality. Made the same way every time! From our whipped butters to the body scrubs, we strive to achieve the same preciseness with every item we make. Any differences in color, appearance, scent, or consistency are due to the natural fluctuations in our nourishing organic ingredients. Though they are all made the same way, some may appear different when compared to your previous order. These variances are quite normal in handmade commodities. However, this in no way affects nor compromises the quality and effectiveness of our products. These minimal changes are part of the uniqueness that comes from using handmade products!
 

 

Customer Safety Advisory:

Reeta's Organics Natural hair & Skin Care line uses all natural plant based Organic/Vegan ingredients --free of mineral oil, petroleum, sulfates, paraben, paraffins and unnecessary fillers or preservatives. However, our products contains oils and butters that are made from nuts, so there is a possibility of an allergic reaction. We HIGHLY recommend Do not use if you are allergic to Shea butter. Do not use if you are allergic to Nuts. All of our products contains one or more of these ingredients. 

 

Please test on a small patch of skin if any of the following applies to you:

• You have several skin sensitives or a Nut allergy

• You have never used products containing Raw Shea Butter

• If you are trying our products for the first time

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on irritated or broken skin.

 

Sales:

All sales ARE FINAL!!

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges! If there's an issue with your order kindly contact us promptly within 24 hours of item receive. Cancellations:
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of a purchase.

Please contact us immediately. We will notify you once the cancellation notice has been reviewed. Please allow 48 hours to process cancellation and refund.
