Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales are Final All sales for the Self Micro-loc Retie Training are final. Once you have booked and paid for your training, no refunds or cancellations will be provided. Please ensure you are committed to attending before making your purchase. 2. Attendance Requirement Your attendance at the scheduled training session is crucial. If you fail to show up for your booked training session, you will forfeit your investment. The hours allocated for your training cannot be rebooked by another student on short notice, which is why strict adherence to your scheduled time is required. 3. Unforeseen Circumstances We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If an unforeseen event prevents you from attending your scheduled training, you are entitled to one (1) make-up day. This make-up day must be scheduled within a reasonable time frame and is subject to availability. 4. Make-Up Day Policy The make-up day is a one-time opportunity. If you fail to attend the scheduled make-up day, you will need to rebook another training session at your own expense. No further accommodations will be made, and the original payment will be forfeited. 5. Rebooking and Payments Should you need to rebook your training after missing both the initial session and the make-up day, you will be required to pay the full price for the new training session. No credits or partial payments from the initial booking will be applied. 6. Communication If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you must notify us as soon as possible.
